Who we are

Pier Head Japan (“we”, “us”) is a market-entry and research firm based in Tokyo, operated by its principal. Contact: via the project brief form.

What we collect

When you send a project brief or contact us, we receive what you provide: typically name, company, email, and project details. No advertising trackers run on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and scope potential work.
• To deliver and administer an engagement, if we proceed.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information. We share it with third parties only to deliver work you've engaged us for, or where the law requires it.

Confidentiality

Client materials and research data are confidential. We sign or provide an NDA before sensitive information changes hands. Past client identities stay withheld unless we have explicit permission to name them.

Data retention & your rights

We keep enquiry and engagement records only as long as the purposes above, or legal and accounting requirements, demand. To access, correct or delete your personal information, send a request via the contact form. We respond promptly.

This site runs no advertising or analytics cookies. Any strictly necessary storage exists only to make the site function.

We'll update this policy as the firm formalizes. The current version always lives at this page.
